We have received reports of disconnected desktops impacting a subset of our customers.
We believe the disconnection is due to a possible carrier issue.
We are actively investigating and will provide updates with more information as it is made available.
The Infrastructure team, in working with our carrier, has escalated to their highest level of engineers to assist, and is actively working closely with them to resolve. At this time, we do not have an ETA to resolution and will provide more information as it becomes available.
